James is outstanding. From pre wedding to post wedding his communication style, presentation and work ethic was incredible. He is creative, and the quality is impeccable. He works with speed to turn around content quickly whilst not compromising on quality. He is a joy and pleasure to work with and really goes the extra mile. We had the absolute pleasure of appointing Fox Films for our wedding at Notley Abbey, in June 2023. Admittedly, we were quite late to finding a videographer - However, our chance encounter with James at the venue left an immediate impression. He exuded enthusiasm, personality and professionalism – we immediately knew we needed to book him. What's more, he agreed to capture our big day with just a month's notice. After receiving quotes upwards of 5k from other videographers, James's pricing was incredibly reasonable, when others were seemed to be putting a premium on a short notice booking! From that point on, we never looked back. Our initial meeting with James reassured us completely; his style and approach resonated with us, and we felt entirely comfortable entrusting him with the task. On the actual day, he seamlessly integrated with the photographer and other vendors, all while remaining unobtrusive. His adeptness at capturing countless incredible moments was nothing short of remarkable. James not only put us at ease (we're not typically accustomed to being in front of the camera), but he also exceeded our expectations when it came to including beloved dog, Juno. He managed to capture her playful energy & got some awesome shots of her zooming around. The videos James delivered were nothing short of exceptional. He promptly provided us with a teaser video that we adored, followed by a feature film that had us laughing and crying in equal measure. It was as if we were instantly transported back to the day. When we shared the video with our family and friends, the response was overwhelming, with many commenting on how exceptionally well it was put together. We requested a minor edit to include some additional footage of a speech, and James turned it around within the same day. Working with James was a delight. He is an absolute professional and an exceptional videographer. He preserved the joy, laughter, and magic of the best day of our lives. Without hesitation, we wholeheartedly recommend James to anyone in search of a fun, capable, and professional videographer. A massive, heartfelt thanks.

I still can't believe how lucky we were finding Fox Films. James responded quickly to our initial enquiry, and after a chat on the phone I knew we were in safe hands. A delight to work with and a great communicator throughout the wedding process. James was also a great person to have around on the day - fun and professional. The result was an INCREDIBLE teaser film, within a week of the big day, followed by an amazing longer feature film. I would highly recommend James, he is a real talent!

Where to begin… James is absolutely outstanding! From the initial phone calls and email correspondence, we knew he was the man for the job. We were both really excited for James to capture our day and we have not been disappointed. Nothing was too much for James and he made such an effort to be there from the very beginning to end. James was even up for an early start at the sea, capturing the boys enjoying a morning dip… in matching personalised budgy smugglers! James helped us both feel at ease during the preparations on the morning of our wedding. He somehow managed to capture all the amazing shots whilst being discrete and never made us feel intimidated in front of the camera. In fact, most of the time I didn’t even know he was there(in the best possible way)! Throughout the day James worked incredibly hard. We didn’t make it easy for him and the weather didn’t either! James not only had to manage around rain but also 46mph winds. He kept calm throughout and took to the challenge with ease. He worked efficiently, professionally and remained very flexible throughout the day. In fact, he actually embraced the weather and captured some amazing shots when the sun did come out and some hilarious moments in the crazy wind! Lots of our guests agree that James had a very friendly and professional presence on the wedding day. James fit in so well with our wedding party and we couldn’t be more grateful. Since the wedding day, his hard work has continued. James is incredibly efficient and organised. Despite having his own wedding day a few weeks after ours, James worked hard to provide us with our trailer video that we are absolutely blown away by. The videos we have seen so far have been more than we could have ever hoped for/ imagined. He continues to amaze us with his unbelievable talent as a videographer and editor. We were actually not initially going to have a wedding videographer but it was the BEST decision we made. It is so special to be able to treasure these memories forever with family and friends. James captured our day perfectly from start to finish. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from him. From the very first face time call I had with him to confirm details I just knew we had found someone special who was not only going to do a amazing job with our wedding video but someone who was fully invested in listening to exactly what we wanted out of it and someone who would fit into our day like a old friend. It was so important to us that we captured our 2 young sons a lot during the day and James got some beautiful footage of them that we will be able to look back on and remember forever. He sent us our trailer film just 2 days after the wedding and it blew us away then just 4 weeks later we received our final film and wow just wow it was better than we ever could have wished for. James is so professional. He was in touch on the run up to the wedding and then stayed in touch after to keep us updated on progress even though he was flat out with other weddings. The whole service was a 10/10 and we would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a true professional who loves what they do to capture your special day on film. If you book him you won’t be disappointed.

We absolutely LOVE the film created with such talent and attention by James. We weren't originally going to book a videographer but very glad we did. Both the trailer and the feature film brought back such amazing memories – it was a very special day which flies by so having it on film actually helps the memories come back!! James got the trailer to us when we were on honeymoon which was so great to watch together and we were surprised at the speed he turned round the feature film too. He was very flexible and so easy to work with. The imagery and structure is perfect and it all fits together with visuals and sound/speech content so well! All the small details that you captured are great – the random cat (!) the getting ready in the morning, the drone shots, train in the background, church ceremony, readings and bells. You even got our cheeky kiss from the car and other moments we didn't know you were there for. We love the timing of everything especially around the speeches, ourselves and all our friends and family personality types captured perfectly - just as we know them! James at Fox films captured our day perfectly. He has a way of making you feel very relaxed and comfortable, we were both a bit dubious about booking a videographer, but it was the best decision we made! James captured precious moments we weren’t even aware he was recording. We recently got married and hired James as our wedding videographer, and honestly couldn’t recommend Fox Films enough. James was our favourite supplier of the day and the memories he has created in his videos will last forever. James made us feel so comfortable on the day and didn’t make us pose or do anything in particular which we loved because it’s so important for the day to be natural. Even behind the scenes he was helping us out, and we also got to have a couple of video calls before the wedding day to run through details which made us feel at ease. After our wedding day, we went straight on our honeymoon for 2 weeks not expecting to hear anything until we got back, but we were pleasantly surprised when James released a small clip from our first dance that we could share to our friends and family, and then our teaser trailer film also whilst we were away. The trailer film was amazing and captured the highlights of the day just perfectly. Also, the reaction from our friends and family was just brilliant to hear all the positive comments so that emphasised it too. Then, as we came back from our honeymoon James sent us our feature final film. To do all the editing within 2 weeks is so great and shows how committed James is to his work. The feature film James has produced is simply stunning and exceeded our expectations and more. He did the most amazing job and every single detail is perfect. It is no understatement to say we’ve watched it 50 times already! It actually makes us emotional just to see the moments of the day unfold and the background music is complemented perfectly by moments from the speeches and ceremony which really take you back to the day.
